BodyMedia Fit: issues with armband not syncing?

Suddenly, yesterday afternoon, my BodyMedia Fit stopped uploading. It either drops the bluetooth connection or it just stops at the same point each time it attempts to upload. I've tried fully charging both my phone and the device, closing and reopening the app and turning off and on the bluetooth on my phone.
Has anyone else ever experienced this? What did you do to fix it?
