motivational feeds - facebook/twitter

I used to get motivational pictures with phrases like "always take the stairs", "don't quit", "just run" etc. from a friend of mine who runs a gym - he used to post them to facebook and as we were friends they'd appear as a feed on my phone. He doesn't do it since his gym got burned down - which is understandable.

So can anyone recommend a facebook thing (not sure how this works), or twitter person to follow so that I'd get motivational pictures and words on my phone throughout the day please?
