TDEE method when you are close to your goal..?

Hey guys, I am using the TDEE method on MFP in order to lose weight. And I know on the website to figure out TDEE, it said the closer you get to your goal, the less you can eat if you want to (one or two hundred calories). My question is, how close is close? Is it 5 pounds or less? Or 10 pounds or less? I'm supposed to eat 1580 a day. I did 60 min of cardio today along with 30 min of resistance training. And I have about 8 pounds to go. So should I still be eating 1580 until i get closer to my goal??
