I'm recommiting myself! You with me?

I've decided to recommit myself to diet and exercise as a part of my daily life. I went from 195 to 168 by exercising and doing Weight Watchers. I kind of got comfortable in those size 12's and got slack. I now weigh 175 - still in my 12's but they are getting a little snug! I am recommitting myself today to get down to my goal weight of 145. I haven't necessarily given myself a time limit. I don't want to put add too much pressure. I did Jillian Michaels 30 day shred level 1 this morning. I'm also counting Weight Watcher's points again.

What are you doing to recommit yourself today? I'd love to hear from you. Be blessed!

    Today i'm going to befriend my treadmill and do the BL bootcamp DVD!! I need a good burn!!! I'm definitely with you!! My SW was 192 and I'm currently sitting at 174. This is the lowest I've been since my twin pregnancy. I'm 5'10 and I would like to weigh in at 140. HERE WE GO!!

    I am recommitting too! I started by changing my setting to once again add to the news feed how many days in a row I logged in. I fell off the wagon for a couple of months. Fortunately, I gained only about 2 pounds during that time, but I don't want it to get any worst. It's amazing how different I feel when I don't exercise regulary and eat right. I have been much more tired lately. Time to get my rear in gear and establish regular work outs and eating plans.

    I'm commiting to lose 20 more pounds by Dec. 31st! In June I weighed in at 297.8 lbs and made a decision to lose the weight ....I didn't like wearing size 24s or how lethargic I felt. I've always loved my curvy body, but I didn't feel good in my skin at that weight, I did phase 1 South Beach as a detox to rid myself of cravings for sweets and junk food and it gave me a good boost! I lost 17 lbs....I then began using weight watchers points and journaling my food....I have now lost 40lbs and am down to 257lbs. However, I want to lose 20 more lbs by end of the year and total of 60 more lbs by March....thats when my girlfriends and I are going to Cancun for Spring Break! I want to feel good in my tankini and really show off my new body:)
