Hi I'm Yoni!
I started on myfitnesspal a few months ago, however, I was not recording my meals, exercise or weight regularly. So, now it's months later and I have slipped back into old/bad habits. I am now introducing myself because I want to be accountable for my
eating habits and lack of exercise. I think the support of this board can help me accomplish my goals. I have lost weight before and know I can do it again and want so badly to do so. I don''t feel comfortable in my clothes or my own skin, I get winded just walking my dogs.
Now, it's time to get busy!
