One of my favorite leg n booty workouts...

10 min warm up ( I do 30 sec cardio intervals between super sets)

A .Leg extensions 5-6 sets of 15 (starting at 40lbs ending at 95lbs) super set with 5 sets of walking lunges(50 ft walk with (2) 20 lb kettle bells

B. Squat rack-4 sets of 12 @ 95 lbs super set with 2 stiff legged dead lifts and 2 sets of romanian dead lifts @ 80lbs(12 reps)

C. Smith machine squats-3 sets of 15 @ 115llbs, 3 sets of 15 @ 95lbs hack squats, 3 sets 15 of Plie squats @ 50lbs

D. Leg press 4 sets of 20 @ 348 lbs (dead weight of machine included which was 118) super set with 4 sets of seated calve raises @ 50lbs

E. Finish off with 4 sets of 12 (each leg) cable kick backs-standing @ 17.5lbs super sets with hip thrusts-shoulder on bench at 65 lbs

Just curious what others favorite leg days look like, this is just one of mine :-)
