MFP Calories and Macros

So my daily calories set by MFP for daily activities is 3,050 which i think is OUTRAGEOUS! I had started off by trying to stay under 2000 then worked down to under 1700 and now i am trying to stay within 1300-1500 which it says puts me at 1750 deficit. I couldn't imagine eating 2000 let alone 3050 on a dialy basis (granted on the weekend I am sure it is easy to eat out and eat 2000 but that isnt a daily thing). It also suggested what I felt to be to high of a carb/fat ratio and not enough protein. I have not been losing obscene amounts of weight in short periods of time either...about 2lbs a week sometimes 1.5 sometimes 2.5 depending.
Basically my question is what do you think about the suggested calorie intake (i set it to lose 2lbs a week) and where can I find the correct macros? I currently have it set to 25% carb and fat and 50% protien.
