Hey myfitnesspal friends.

Just wondering if anyone has a Samsung Galaxy gear watch & if so how does it work for tracking calories burnt? My Polar H/M just died on me and I am in search of a new one. I like the idea of the Smart watch but wondering how accurate it is compared to my Polar.... Please help! :)

    I do not know the Polar watch that you had, but I can tell you that the galaxy gear is useful with scanning items, keeping track of what you have left for calories and that’s about it. The pedometer is ridiculously broken with no fix coming anytime soon... it does not reset at all, I have walked over 300,000 steps today and burnt 17,709 calories...
