Foam roller?

I have been using my foam roller prior to my workouts for a few weeks now. I absolutely love it and plan to continue. It's been one of the best purchases I've made. My question is about foam rolling after a workout in addition to before. I do a 10-15 minute full body stretch routine to increase my flexibility after every workout. Should I do the foam roller before or after this stretch? Or should I do it at all? Or should I stop doing the stretching and just use the foam roller? I'm also have short yoga routines that I do when I get up and when I go to bed (I love stretching if you can't tell). Thoughts?

Edit: I forgot. I'm doing a BB hybrid right now that has cardio in the mornings and strength at night. So I'm doing pretty intense cardio (although I keep it low impact) and strength training with heavier weights.

I do both- I including stretching and foam rolling.

You can foam roll whenever- where ever. I typically roll after a work out sessions- I stretch out- then I roll- then I stretch what is speaking to me to stretch it more.

I typically will spend some quality time with my roller after most runs (the longer ones for sure) and if I'm just feeling a little tight, probably the best $20 I've spent in a long time.

If it makes you feel better use it pre & post workout.
