Plateau...not always a dirty word

I realized today as I was jogging on the treadmill, out of breath, calves and ankles throbbing that I was waiting....for my plateau. That moment when my muscles get all warm and the aching just miraculously stops
For me it's not until after I have reached the first mile, which after only three days trying, almost didn't happen my legs were hurting so bad. But I pushed through, felt the 'warm' rush and ended up doing 3.5 miles.
See, sometimes a plateau is a good thing ;0)

I've yet to reach that particular plateau, but I've only been jogging for a few weeks, and only by interval jogging can I reach a mile... LOL But I will get there...when I do, I'll try to remember to share!0

When I was running never hit that...maybe that's why I hate running...0

I hate my first ten minutes running (interval running, I am not a runner). After the ten minute mark, I am like you and can keep moving. Great job!0
