Antidepressants and weight loss ????????????weight gain?

My doc has decided to wean me from my old antidepressants and put me on these. Just wondering of any gd/bad results as wanting to loose over 100lbs who would argh any response would be appreciated as I was just getting going with diet fit bit full guns blazing now another change
