Hey everyone! I just did my measurements last night. Definitely progress! I lost inches everywhere except my chest (thank goodness!)
Weight - 155.6 lbs
Waist - 31.5"
Hips - 38.5"
Thigh - 23"
Calf - 15.5"
Neck - 13.5"
Arm - 12.5"
Bust - 37.5"
Abductors - 38"
Body Fat% - 31.8%0 -
Hi everyone, I have not weighed in yet. I was getting obsessed w/ the scale and also it's my TOM this week, so I know it wouldn't be accurate anyways. I've actually decided not to weigh in until Nov. 2 or 3, so I'll post it here once I do that.
My clothes are feeling looser thoughI'm just gonna keep doing what I'm doing - eating my 1200 net calories and working out as much as possible and drink my water...

Is this group man friendly
My goal is to lose my last 10 lbs by New Years. My weight this morning was 184.3, and I want to be under 175 by the new year. That would put me in a healthy BMI for the first time .. since .. ever.
