Is it OK to go over my allotted sugar allowance, if the majority is caused by fruit? I need to increase my fiber, but when I do so using fresh fruit, my sugar allowance is busted.

Every Alternate Day Someone asks about the same Question ( i think the answer should be pinned
)
You Will get two types of Reply
1. It is Natural Sugar..SO its ok..Fruits aso give you other Nutritional Benefits and Fibre (the fibre prevents the Sugar Spike)
OR
2. Sugar Is Sugar...Any type of Sugar you Consume is not good For you and you should limit your intake of all Sugars.
IMO ..I like Fruits and average about 90 grams of Sugar roughly 50% of which comes from Fruit or Dairy( I go with option 1)
