Hello All,

I have noticed alot of people here like checking out other people's diarys... So I thought I would offer mine up for scrutizination.

My current goals is cutting some excee body fat. I am not sure how much that is, but at 207, I'm kinda wanting to get down to sub 200 just for the fun of it since I haven't been there since high school. Once I trim some of the body fat down, I am going to begin a clean bulk again.

My end game goal is about 220 pounds with about 15% body fat.

Currently, I lift 5-6 days a week for 1-1.5 hours with 15 minutes of cardio 5-6 days a week. (I'll be bumping it up to 20 min next week).
