Hi, I'm Jasmine and I am a 21 year old college student. That's me and my sister in the picture and I'm on the left. I'm from Oklahoma yall. I need to lose 30 pounds. I've always said I'm going to lose weight, but I never stick with it. I'm used to eating whatever I want but I plan on really eating healthy and exercising when I go home. I have just come to the point where I am determined to make a change.
I want to be an inspiration to my mom and sisters so the can see that it's possible. One of the things I get irritated with is shopping. There are so many things I want to wear and can't. I'm not confident in the way I look and I want to be. I don't plan on logging anything right now because I eat at the cafeteria on campus and there is no way to measure that. I'm just using portion control right now. But once I go home its On! I have been running though, Yay! I just started the couch to 5k and I am on the 2nd week and tomorrow is the last day for week 2. After that I get on the elliptical for 20 min. This is the longest Ive stuck with exercising and I'm proud of myself. When I go home I plan on starting Insanity again (tryed it once and stopped like the 2nd week) and continuing to run. I plan on being close to or at my goal by the time college starts again in August. So I definitely will need to stay on track.
I've had a myfitnesspal for a while but I have never actively used it. So in need of some friends to support me and vice versa. I hope I said enough about myself lol. :P
