Living with family...

My parents just arrived to half-live with me and my sister. We have a very small house, and I'm only a couple of weeks away from graduating with my undergrad, so stress + messy housemates = more stress. Usually, I live a very routinized, planned out life, and pre-log my meals and snacks, which works wonderfully for me and I like my life like that.
The problem is, with my parents here, I feel pressure to eat more than I normally would because they don't think I need to lose weight and will give me grief if they don't always see me eating something. Their eating habits are...less than ideal, shall we say.
I have worked incredibly hard to get where I am (70+ down) and to overcome emotional/mindless eating, so I'm frustrated and annoyed...not to mention bloaty. Help?
