Starting today on my goal to lose weight! Never really taken it seriously but decided to get my head down & do it but my problem is a few days or a week into my diets I always get the biggest sugar cravings & end up ruining all my hard work.

Alas hope that's not the case this. Fingers crossed!

What helped me starting out before was that I allowed myself a cheat day once a week, and then slowly moved that cheat day to every 2 weeks and moving it more so that you're weaning yourself off but still allowing yourself to make mistakes without beating yourself up about it.

    You can do it!

I make sure I use some of my calories on something sweet - my favorite right now is dark chocolate. It is worth the calories to me even though I only have 1200 calories per day (unless I exercise, but I don't exercise every day). I can do this by planning ahead and making meals at home so I keep the calorie count down. I don't think I could ever give up my sweets!
