Michelle Bridges 12WBT - HELP!

Hi Ladies

I just started Michelle Bridges 12WBT and left the book at home and can't remember all of today's routine. I think it goes like this but am afraid I am missing something - I remember the warm-up, cool-down and ab portion:

Bent Over Flys + Sumo squat with dumbell
Static lunges + Shoulder press (?)
Chest Press on Bench Press (?) + Whatever the routine is called where you lay on your back with a balance ball at your ankles and roll in for hamstrings

Any help on refreshing my memory so I can tackle this at lunch would be GREATLY appreciated.
