FibroGirl

Hi all,

Just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Tabitha. I am a 45 year old woman who suffers from Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue. Due to medications and a sedentary life that the illness has caused, I have gained over 20 pounds. I can not believe the weight gain is good for the illness, so I've decided I need to change my lifestyle. A healthy diet is very important for anyone but especially so for a person with chronic illness. I have always eaten quite healthy but with my new challenges that isn't enough, so time to pick up the socks and get this thing going!!

I do not have a huge amount of weight to lose, but a nice 30 - 35 pounds would probably equal more energy, better sleep, and hopefully some symptom relief. I am realistic, this weight didn't come on overnight and it won't come off that way either.

I appreciate any advice and am always looking to learn.

Brightest Blessings
