I've been a member of myfitnesspal for a while now but I've only recently started using the forums. A bit about me: I'm 29 and currently a UK size 18 (US 14) and I would like to get down to a UK 12/14 by my 30th in January. I've tried and failed to lose weight before but I'm determined to do it this time as there's a history of diabetes in my family so I think I should be more health conscious now I'm getting older.
