Hi all as the title says I'm coming up to three years on my weight loss journey I did get down to 80kgs lost so half the size I was when I started but had some trouble with anxiety and depression and I'm currently sitting at 73.1kgs lost but nipping it in the butt before it gets out of hand and now that I have a healthy mind again time to get my healthy body and goal weight sometimes you just need to look at how far you have come to continue to move forward so here is some pics hope they help motivate someone ps I did shave for a cure and shaved my head, my next post will be at finally making my goal weight :)
