Hi everyone. I'm Carol. I'm loving this app. I just turned 60, but I feel like I'm 30. I'm trying to lose weight and stay flexible and strong. So far, the weight has not changed one iota -- this could be because of tons of birthday cake and ice cream I've been inundated with lately. But I head to the gym every day and suddenly have found myself LOVING it. Boy, when those endorphins start surging, all is right with the world. :>) So I figure, now that I've managed to get the cake out of the house (in the wrong way, of course) and the farmers market is open with fresh spring veggies, I'll start to see the change I want. I wouldn't mind getting (and giving) some motivation, so if you feel like friending me here, please do.
