Hi, I am 18 years old, currently have 3 jobs so constantly working day, night and weekends. I am a chef so constantly surrounded by food which I find hard to not want to eat! I am currently on my way to being 12 stone size 14/16 and I need to stop it and reverse. I would like to go back to my happy size 10, weighing 9 and a half stone from before I began my chef job.
I find it very difficult to exercise firstly because I can barely get time to rest and also I have incredibly weak knees which grind when I bend them so I tend to only do sit ups when I can grab a few minutes.
Obesity runs in my family so I do not wish to go down the road of getting bigger, I need to control it now before it spirals out of control.

I really need some friendly people to help motivate me and to give me tips to curb my cravings for all things yummy!
