I was like you with the gym situation.. I'd get there, go on the elliptical for a bit, wander around and leave. I never really got in a good workout because I didn't have a good routine. One day I ordered a few of Jillian Michaels DVDs online one day and just started trying to do them every day.. they are great because it's circuit training so you get both cardio and strength training, and most of them are done in just 25-30 minutes. It is DEFINITELY a great starting point!
