well Im back again trying to get back on track. I had a baby 6 months ago and the 30lbs I lost I gained back and atleast a additional 20
and I now have horriable bad heel pain I think plantar facitits and its hard to work so I have been less active too.. Back to my food counter but I need some modified excercises that wont cause too much foot pain any suggestions
