I wish weight-loss (the healthy way) didn't take so long. When I am in my groove and doing well in the process, I get really impatient want the weight off NOW or wish that I can move time up a few months. But I do know time is the essence and that if I keep focusing and doing well, I will get there. So in the meantime...
Focus on today....keep plugging along....celebrate your successes along the way (one pound at time)...and BE PATIENT!
Don't give up guys. Its worth the hard work and worth the wait.
... You will get there! :-)

I try to concentrate on my achievements. I can walk up the steps without breathing heavy or walk a little farther in the same 20 minutes. Focusing in on things I can do helps me have patience in dealing with things my body may be stubborn with like letting go of pounds. It took me years to build on these pounds, it will take some time to get rid of them.0
