Fed Up movie FINALLY!! (Please WATCH THE TRAILER HERE)

"From executive producers Katie Couric and Laurie David, a film by Stephanie Soechtig explores why, despite media attention and government policies to combat childhood obesity, the current generation of kids is now expected to live shorter lives than their parents."

Of all the documentaries that have been made about the obesity crisis, the production of food in America, weight loss, and nutrition, this is THE ONE I am most excited about. It is the sine qua non, in my opinion (da BOMB). I have read the books by Dr. David Kessler and Gary Taubes, and I have read pieces by Dr. Robert Lustig, Dr. Richard Johnson, and Michael Moss. I have learned more from these people about the intricate interplay between our national weight gain, food addictions, policies, genetics, the physiology of what happens when we eat what foods, what is marketed as food (but is really just chemical concoctions made to look, taste and smell like food) . . . the list goes on and on.
