Kansas friends? Pratt, Greensburg, Wichita, Hutch, GB?

I live in Pratt and would love some local friends. I used MFP successfully to lose 40 pounds after my divorce. my life has changed so much since then, I met a wonderful man and suddenly went from single and living alone to an instant family of 4 full time with two precious preschoolers whom I adore. Problem is I lost time to workout, I cook for my family because I love them and I am great South Louisiana cook. I have a 3 and a % year old and guy who wears a size 32 so they have no problem eating junk, and lots of the foods that I kept out of my own home. So I am trying to get back on the wagon and its so hard. I have failed multiple times. I need help and local would be great. 8 months ago I moved in with my sweetie and the kids, left my job, moved an hour and half away, move from a one room apartment to a five bedroom house, tried out a job I hated until I settled here into a new position that I adore 3 months ago. So now it's time to find some way to get back into weight loss mode and get healthy.
