I do dunk certain items but my all time favorite is:

Chocolate fudge brownies into a a small amount of Makers Mark soooooo much flavor .....

Rules on dunking a food item in to a liquid beverage or sauce:

Rule #1 - said food item can not be rendered soggy and/or mushy

Rule #2 - if dunked in to beverage, food item can not render said beverage unpalatable with a preponderance of mushy crumb pollution.

Sandwiches dunked in au jus violate rule number 1.

ANYTHING dunked in my glass of milk violates rule number 2.

Cake doughnuts violate both rules 1 and 2

While I have not personally experimented with glazed doughnuts, unless said glaze provides a water tight encasement, I assume they violate rule number 1.

Possibly the only acceptable item postulated thus far is the biscotti, which, through a process of advanced scientific testing and well rendered engineering, has the ability to absorb the liquid coffee without violating rules 1 or 2.
