Working on T25

Hello there,

Ive been working out on T25 Alpha phase for a week. Its been very hard for me since Im not in shape. Anyone has had any similar experiences?

    I started Beta phase this week. All i can say is hang in there it will get easier as you progress. Just try to do your best.
    It was very difficult for me , the first 2 weeks i was out of breath, pausing the dvd to get my heart rate down. I didn't use modifier so maybe that's why lol. So I don't think it's only you- it's a tough workout.
    Also, i started noticing that stuff that was very difficult for me to first few weeks, seems pretty easy now ( v hold for instance)- I had quite a few V- holds yesterday and didn't even care :)

    Having it be hard is a good thing 'cause if it were easy I'd suggest you do a different program! :)

    It's only been a week, if you keep at it and keep pushing yourself you'll find that you get fitter and fitter as the weeks go by! The first week kicked my booty and I just finished the Alpha Phase TODAY and I was doing MUCH better than I did the first week!

    Keep at it! You can do it!
