I used MFP a long time ago and lost a few lbs. I recently got a kick in the rear end to lose weight and get fit. I'm going to be turning 30 in December weighing over 200lbs if I don't do something N-O-W!! Yikes!! I have been running 2-3 miles for the past 2 weeks almost every day and just gained weight. I started strength training today so we shall see what comes of it! The nutrition part is going to be my downfall for a while as we are living with the inlaws and fil doesn't like a lot of stuff in the fridge. I'm trying though! (We were in the Army and got back to the states a year ago and have been house hunting) Once we get our own place I plan on going paleo-ish. I have a 4 yr old, and a hankering for sweets :) I'm excited to get going. The success story board has got me all fired up!!
