What would be healthier as a lunch item? Canned solid white tuna like Starkist or grilled chicken breasts from Trader Joes? Both would be used in a salad mixed with celery, tomatoes, etc.

So are you going to eat this salad every day?? how many days in a row?? the rest of your life??

I would mix it up, tuna some days, chicken others, Cheesburgers, pizza, Pork, etc. other days.

Life is too short to eat only salads!

Both would be healthy options. I'm not sure one could be considered "healthier" than the other in general.

Albacore has a higher mercury content than some other types of tuna, so if you are eating a lot of it that might be a concern. Though honestly I'm not sure what the safe threshold of mercury in fish is exactly.

If the chicken is not organic or labelled raised without anitbiotics then it probably was raised with antibiotics, and there is much debate over the safety of this.

I eat both chicken and tuna. Why do you only want to eat one?
