Like I have 2 dif packages of turkey burger.
One is 93/7 and the other is 85/15. What does that mean?

It's 93% Lean Meat and 7% Fat. The second is 85% Lean Meat and 15% Fat. Probably the first one has a sticker on it that says Extra Lean.0

Thanks. Yes the first one has Lean on it. Which explains why that one was only 170 calories and the other was 220. Guess I will pay more attention.
We get our beef from a farm, so I havn't really payed much attention to that. Guess I will now.0
