When I get on the weekly weigh in, if I didn't gain, I consider the week a total success.

Sometimes progress starts out fast, sometimes slow, but as long as I do not see an increase, I consider it a successful week. On the week that I show a gain...I think about why it might have happened, figure out what I can do to avoid the same thing next week, promise myself to try harder and then I just forget about it. Do not let it drag you down.

If you jump on the scales and you go up a pound...it could be a surprise....if you go up 5 lbs in a week....deep down inside you KNOW what happened....don't let it ruin your week.

I like weighing in on Friday....so I don't have to worry too much about the weekend.
