Best app for tracking workout progress?

I used to use something called FitLinxx but have switched to a gym that doesn't offer it. I loved FitLinxx because I signed in to each station and it logged how much weight I should be lifting, what I was lifting, and generally kept track of my progress in a way that I could review online.
I don't really have an app that a) tells me what settings I need to set each piece of equipment to (yes I need this), and b) keeps a summary/chart of my progress. I'd also like it to be available on the web so I can check out how I'm doing off my phone. I've tried logging through MFP but really it just seems to be for calorie counting and not overall fitness improvement gauging. Does anyone have anything that they've tried and liked?

Jefit doesn't let me know what settings the equipment should be at (really looking for: name of equipment, weight amount, reps, and sets).0

DavPul and others in another thread turned me on to Jefit about a month ago, and I have found it to be awesome!
You should be determining your settings -- the app can help remind you of what you used last time and how many reps / sets you completed etc. It is just a matter of setting up your routine, and then following the program (not clear if you are seeking progressive weight increases, or something similar, but it really is up to you). The way I use Jefit, I have the specific exercise pop up during each routine, and it shows me the prior weights, reps, sets, etc. -- I know exactly what I want to accomplish today based on what I accomplished last week. Not sure what else it is you're looking for, but maybe give it another whirl if you didn't set up your routine for the first run.0
