New to MFP

Hello there!

This is my first week on the site and I'm looking to make new friends that can join me on my journey.

A little about myself. I'm 24 years old, I currently weigh 76.7 Kgs and I'm 1.7cms tall. My ultimate goal would be to get down to 65 Kgs, but I would be more than happy to get down to 70 Kgs by the end of the year.

I'm not looking for quick fixes (dropping weight too fast). I see this as a life style change for the long term. I want to gain more confidence, be able to wear a bikini and enjoy the outdoors more. (I'm from New Zealand and there are some beautiful walks here).

My goals for exercise are:
- Gym (weights plus cardio) three times a week
- Gym (cardio) twice a week
