Eating for Maintenance

I have one week left to complete the 3-month program of Focus T-25; I'm beginning week 4 of Gamma.

During the program, I've been eating at a 500 calorie a day deficit and I've lost 12 pounds. I have 3 more pounds to go but since I'm going re-do Focus T-25 from the beginning, I want to start eating at a maintenance level after I finish this last week.

I'm pretty certain I'll still manage to lose the last 3 pounds over the next 3 months so I'm not worried about that.

But, I am wondering, what is the best way for me to start eating at my maintenance level of calories without gaining weight?

The only thing I know for sure is that I can't start back eating the way I used to before I lost the weight.

Any thoughts, help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. :)
