what's the deal with potassium?

So I've noticed this a couple times now, I'll scan a UPC with the app, as I most always do (unless it's something I've had already) and check the nutrition facts on the app and the package to make sure they "match" - well, I ran into it tonight again, MFP showed Potassium listed for a food, but the Nutrition panel did NOT.....is this an FDA thing? I can't see someone making an entry with erroneous potassium quantity......but perhaps possibly that is an option, lol......

Well, so anyways, I kept it as-is.....rather than creating a new food entry (the app has no option to modify a food entry yet)

For curiousity sake, it was the Great Value Blueberries (package shows 75mg Potassium on my log.....and the Bob's Red Mill Chia Seed (10 mg Potassium reported on MFP - but label has that nutrient omitted).

And from http://ndb.nal.usda.gov/ndb/foods/show/2460?qlookup=09316&max=25&man=&lfacet=&new=1 - it's evident that strawberries do contain Potassium.....but why wouldn't the package/label reflect that?
