Psyllium Husk Powder!

I picked up a bulk bag of psyllium husk powder last week, and this stuff is amazing! It does an incredible job of suppressing my appetite, and it regulates bowel movements. I usually take a tablespoon or two with a glass of water (be sure to chug it immediately, else it'll turn to jelly), twice a day, before breakfast and dinner. It's seriously making my big caloric deficit easier to manage, and I no longer feel hungry at night.

    Yeah I use the powder and it supresses my appetite too!

    I'll use it in cooking sometimes, but that's about as far as I go with it. I've found that with all of the water dumping that I do from being fat adapted, fiber does nothing but plug my guts up.

    I have a mug of protein powder and psyllium husk powder everyday for lunch, i have it with milk and mix it with a stick blender, it turns out like thick chocolate pudding. I can not drink it mixed with just plain water :sick:
