Newbie just wanting advice

Morning all xx I've been thinking about my calorie allowance I've been given , I've been given 1709 which I never use I'm always under which I'm guessing is a good thing. The only thing that's kind of bugging me is I'm feeling heavier if that makes sense? What's the lowest amount you should be coming under your daily amount with ( mine is only by 100-200 max) that should help you lose the lard ?

    You should be aiming to meet your goal, and aiming to lose around 1lb per week. This is a healthy and sustainable rate of fat loss.

    Also bear in mind that MFP is designed so that if you exercise you should eat back exercise calories to ensure your net calorie intake doesn't drop too low.

    Welcome! I sometimes find that the type of food affects how I feel. If I eat bread I get a heavy bloated feeling, that time of the month again makes me feel heavy.
