I am 21, 5'4, weighing in at 220 pounds ???? I am currently taking in around 1000-1100 calories a day and needing to start my running and HIIT! Any suggestions!?! I plan on losing 60+ pounds in 5-6 months! Is it do-able!?! Please help me

that number seems REALLY low to me.... 1000-1100 calories might not be the best idea IN MY OPINION. If it works for you good luck! I can't say if its doable or not for you but I know for a fact for me I would not be able to handle that little amount of food lol Good luck! Hope it works for ya!!0

You can try to eat that low, but with all that exercise, don't be afraid to eat more. If you're hungry, you need to eat something.

IMO females tend to lose weight at a slower pace the males. You're gonna have to really hustle to lose that amount in the time you've specified. By all means, prove me wrong! there's a challenge for you. Make sure you log everything. It's very helpful and takes out a lot of guess work. Most ppl don't realize how much they are actually eating. I also agree w/ the others on the low caloric intake. You should more like 1200-1500/day. Good luck on your journey, I wish you well!!0
