Hey! I am looking for new motivated friends to help me keep going. Prefurably around their early 20's so i can relate better.

I cannot see your goals or weight in your profile but as you said yourself, the good point is that you're not over-weighted. I started my diet on February 20th when I felt like I'm dying of fat! For the first time in my life I was over-weighted, I was about 74kg (163lbs).
I didn't start using this website at that point and joined just 2 weeks ago. I used to write down my consumed calories.
Now I've lost about 10kg (22lbs) and wanna lose another 10kg in upcoming 2 months. Losing weight is not that hard, the hard part is staying in the goal weight.
By the way, you need to consult to your Dr about the best diet if you don't feel healthy.0 -
Add me ladies! I am 22 and just lost about 10ibs doing the juice cleanse. I have gone back to food and find myself slipping up way too often. I think it is because I work a high stress job where all everybody wants to do is eat. I need more people who can relate to me and want to keep losing weight. I am 141ibs right now. My goal is to get down to 117. I am 5ft, 2ins0
