Calorie defecit and exercise - unfortunately I dont think there is any quick fix for a flabby belly! God knows I have searched for it lol but to no avail :( I am sure you can make a big difference in 81 days though, good luck! :D

if you find the answer (and I'm seriously hoping its a magic one a day pill lol) let me know!
  • Yep, there's no magic cure. Reducing overall bodyfat is what's going to do it. Saying that, try googling Vacuum exercises. It'll help tighten up your core and pull everything in a little bit. And every little bit helps.

There is no way to spot reduce, so you'll just have to run a caloric deficit to lose weight. Target 1-2 pounds per week, which gives you 11 1/2 weeks. If done right, you should be able to lose 12 - 24 pounds in the time frame you mention. Where the fat comes off of on your body first is different for everyone, but eventually it does come off of the belly.

Whether or not the time you have between now and your 81 day goal will result in getting rid of your flabby rolly belly depends on how much overall weight you have to lose. You may meet your goal based on how much you have to lose, or you might need more time than 81 days.

Time, patience, and winning the calories in vs. calories out is what is required.

    All the best.

Forget the 81 days part. It will take as long as it will take, don't put a time constraint on it. You'll just set yourself up for disappointment if you don't reach your goal.

Co-sign on proper diet and exercise. I had the horrible 'loose belly skin/fat after having 2 kids back to back' belly, i cleaned up my diet, got on a 4 week meal plan and i'm seeing results that i never got back when i was only exercising. I also exercise about 4 times a week, a mix of cardio and lifting.
