Hi Everyone, I have been working hard to lose the weight and have lost 42lbs in 10 weeks. I have a long ways to go but this is a great start. I decided it was time to get my life in order. I started counting calories but was way to out of shape to exercise. My wonderful friends at work made me go out and walk on our breaks and if I'm honest, I hated it. The first time out I couldn't make it around the building even once without stopping and catching my breath. Now I have joined a gym and and walking on the treadmill 4 days a week. I feel great and about 10 years younger. I am excited about my life again and have tried to get everyone I know up and moving with me. Its going to take me a very long time to complete my journey but I'm now up for the challenge.:happy:

Thanks, my only problem right now is not eating enough. Sounds weird but I can't seem to eat enough calories in the past week. Might have something to do with the fact that my boyfriend of 7 years left me too. It seems that when I started to improve myself and become health is when he decided it was time to leave. I know its just stress right now but I don't want to under eat for two long and really mess myself up.0
