 Hello MFP.com family, I'm new to the site, been monitoring my cals for about two weeks now and starting to see a dramatic change! This is great and I'm really enjoying seeing less lbs on the scale ea morning. You know, the biggest benefit for me is feeling so much better, physically. I can walk, bend, and climb stairs w/o being winded. This is great!
My one thing that I've adjusted in my eating since MFP is, even though I still eat to get that full sensation (that's really important 4 me), I eat filling foods that don't have such a high calorie content. Now I am full w/o the calorie cost!
I'm not giving up on my goal. I must loose 20 more lbs. I'm confident that I'll achieve my goal in a reasonable time,
Committed,
J.E.W.1

Just want to wish you all the best!
One little advice - I would not weigh myself each morning as your weight may fluctuate a bit on and off. I usually weigh myself every week or sometimes every 2 weeks and it stops me from obsessing about it!
Good luck!0 -
Stella,
Thanks for the tip. U R right, I can easily start obsessing. don't want that, at all. Think I'll spread'em out a little longer

Hello everyone!!! I posted the same thing on a different blog thing and im not sure thats where i was a suppose to LOL! I was just wondering if anyone had any tips for me ? Also did you all stick to the plan they give you on this site and did you have good success doing the MFP plan? I have recently started the new WW PP program and i have heard it was not working for a lot of people so i think this site might be better. Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks! =]0
