How big is a glass of water???

    I think it depends - I don't think there's a single answer. For me it's a pint glass. I've noticed that Americans tend to think in cups (8 fluid ounces). Definitely not a shot glass though! LOL.

    I usually manage about 6 - any less than that and I feel quite thirsty when I exercise and I hate that feeling! I have one full pint first thing in the morning, I keep a jug on my desk at work that holds 3 and try to be sure to get through all of that, and then I have one while I work out and one with dinner.

    Eight 8 ounce glasses of water per day = 64 fluid ounces is what is recommended.

    me, and the group I belong to, aim for half our weight in ounces of water per day. With that said, in Canada a cup of water is 250 mL, which is 8.4 oz.

    I count it as 1 US cup is 250mls so 8 cups/glasses is 2 ltes a day
