Congratulations! It is nice to hear success storyies. I tried to you this app before and was not consistant. This time I have been using it for 28 days and have lost 12 lbs. I like free stuff that work.

It's been a little over a year. I lost the initial 30lbs, and then I got pregnant. I lost 14lbs during my pregnancy and then the rest after giving birth. I'm finally in the 100s and intend to stay here :-)

MFP has been wonderful!

I should mention, I wasn't trying to lose during my pregnancy, I just didn't go crazy over eating. I ate healthy and the weight came off on it's own. My doctors were pleased.

I am amazed that this is really working for me. I reset my daily calorie intake from 1700 to 1310 and am finding it pretty easy to make that.

So far 5 pounds in 6 days
