Making my goal of losing weight every week !!! Eating foods I enjoy and feeling very positive ,,,,I was just diagnosed with athritis in the knees ,,,,so working out is a bit of a struggle ,,,,trying to find things to do ,,,,and came upon Tai Chi ,,,,,wonderful ,,,so I am planning on 20 mins of that daily ,,,,plus just being active ,,,,walking as much as possible and some leg strengthening ,,,,I can do it ,,,,Di ,
