Polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats

MFP says U must not eat any Polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats. I was aware that these fats are a good type of fat so why should these be excluded in the MFP diet?

The only fats you should be avoiding are man made trans fats or interesterified fats.

Saturated and mono saturated are great - polyunsaturated is a less stable fat (IMO I would eat but limit your intake).

The main thing is if you've set yourself a macro goal - stick to that for the amount you intake.
