I do ok but struggle with finding different works out im 45 and pretty stiff but work hard at it daily~

I do not, but I find inspiration from someone who does. Whenever I feel like I just can't possibly make another workout, I watch a Zach Anner video. He's so inspirational and motivational...definitely at the top of my hero list. If you haven't seen him, check him out -

I don't have cerebral palsy but I do have a friend on here that does. She is doing incredibly well. I'm sure I could convince her to reach out to you. She is very supportive and a great friend.0

Hi I have mild cerebral palsy and have been working out/eating clean for almost a year, it is the best thing I've ever started and plan too carry on as it is a whole lifestyle change. If you want any help I'll tell you what I've done but keep going all you can do is your best!!0
